Please note that certain items, such as final sale gowns and accessories, are non-returnable to maintain the highest quality standards.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn dress in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
